Shipping & Delivery
At The Sploosh our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring
that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: All orders are dispatched within 24 hours to our manufacturing department overseas. Your order is verified, the product is quality checked, and then packaged specifically for you the customer. Finally, your packaged is placed in the mail overseas (generally China Post) - which will generate a tracking number for your package. For this reason processing takes 2-5 days.
Receiving Your Tracking Number from Us: This processing time means that we cannot give you a tracking number until the order has been processed overseas by our manufacturing department. Please be patient.
You will receive a tracking number from us within 2 - 7 days of your order.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your home. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e Packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

PLEASE NOTE: Free standard (untracked) shipping worldwide applies to most items sold on The Sploosh. However, depending on your country standard post can take up to 40 days for delivery. Shipping to parts of the world where standard shipping is unavailable or where postage fees are prohibitively expensive - is unfortunately not a service that The Sploosh can offer at this time.
