NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE?


We are more than happy to fix any issues you may have.  Most items on our website are eligible for our 90-day refund policy.


However, it is important to note that - we do not reimburse you for return shipping fees.

RETURN PROCEDURE


Contact us via email at info@thesploosh.com and we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.  NOTE: Please do not return packages to us without contacting us first.  Once you receive your authorization number – please write it on the shipping label.  Mail all packages with authorization numbers to the following address:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-30 business days.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY


  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. PLEASE NOTE: It must also be in the original packaging. 
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS


  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS


It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Check periodically with your bank to see if your refund has processed.  Also be sure to check with your credit card company as well.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@thesploosh.com.

EXCHANGES


We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you’d like to exchange the damaged product for the exact same item(s), send us an email at info@thesploosh.com and we will email you instructions for returning your item(s) and receiving a replacement one. 

GIFTS


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

ORDER MODIFICATION


After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact info@thesploosh.com and request order modifications, change of address, or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.

DAMAGED & INCORRECT ORDERS


If your product is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 90 days of receiving it.  We try our best to ensure product quality and accuracy, but sometimes mistakes happen and we sincerely apologize in advance if/ when it happens.  If either of these rare occurrences happens to you, please take a clear photo of the item(s) and email it to us, along with your order number to info@thesploosh.com. Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will get a replacement sent to you right away.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED


If your item has not arrived within 90 days after you placed your order, please contact info@thesploosh.com and we will promptly take care of you.


Shipping times can be longer for certain countries such as Canada, Australia and UK, for example. We are currently working on providing quicker shipping times for all of our customers, worldwide, but we do not have an estimated date for when that will be active.


IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after ordering. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

We are also not responsible for failed deliveries due to the addressee not being home during the time of delivery.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS


Please note, there are no refunds or cancellations 24 hours after your order was placed.

If your order with us doesn’t arrive at the correct shipping address provided to us and your payment is eligible, we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid, including shipping costs or we will gladly replace the item for you.
